General Information

Conference Materials

PDF materials will be available for download approximately one week before the conference, or you may opt to pay for a bound, hard copy of the materials during registration which will be available for pick-up at check-in. Instructions on how to download PDF materials will be sent to you via email before the conference. Because neither internet access nor electrical outlets are guaranteed, we suggest that you either print or save the PDF materials to your mobile device, and fully charge your batteries before the conference.

Walk-in registrations will receive instructions to download the PDF materials and will not have an option to purchase hard-copy materials at the conference. Please be prepared with a mobile device and data plan in case there is no Wi-Fi at the venue.

You may not make changes to your materials selection within one calendar week of the opening date of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing (by email, fax or mail) no later than one calendar week before the opening date of the conference to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to lsucle@lsu.edu or faxed to (225) 578-5842.
