LICENSE AND CONSENT
I hereby grant to the Center of Continuing Professional Development (“CCPD”) a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, republish, display, transmit and distribute any materials, including but not limited to, written outlines and articles and my verbal presentation (“Content”), that I provide to the CCPD in connection with 2020/21 Sponsors on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - Wednesday, June 30, 2021, in all media, print or otherwise, now known or hereafter invented, including without limitation, the Internet or other electronic form.
I hereby consent to the CCPD’s use of my name, voice, likeness (including on video or in pictures) and biographical data (“Information”) in connection with the CCPD’s reproduction, republication, display, transmission and distribution of the Content.
To the best of my knowledge, I represent and warrant that I own all rights, title and interests in and to the Content and Information (or, if I do not own them, I have the right to use them), that the CCPD’s use of the Content and Information as provided for herein will not infringe upon the rights, title or interests of any third party, including without limitation, copyright and rights of publicity or privacy, and that the Content and Information are not defamatory.
