Jennifer Philips Tonglet received her doctorate in school psychology from Tulane University in 2000. She has been a practicing school psychologist in LA school systems for 25 years and has presented within the school system and the St. Tammany Parish community. Presentation topics included the ABC’s of mental health, suicide prevention, behavior interventions, data analysis, and dyslexia. Dr. Tonglet also works with personnel in community health and social service agencies as well as the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office. Dr. Tonglet is a current member of the Louisiana School Psychological Association and the National Association of School Psychologists. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI St. Tammany.
