We will look at divorce, spousal support, child custody and visitation, relocation, child support, paternity, guardianship, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. 
As a family law judge and now as an appellate judge, I will discuss who has the burden of proof and what proof is needed at the trial court, and then, what is needed to meet the appropriate standard of review at the appellate court.
