Erin E. Kriksciun is a shareholder of the law firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC and concentrates her practice in the counseling of high net worth individuals in their estate, tax, and property planning, including succession administration and fiduciary litigation. She also advises non-profit organizations on obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status. Erin graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2007. She earned an advanced legal degree in taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2008. She received her undergraduate degree in 2003 from American University and also received her Master of Arts degree in 2004 from American University. She is admitted to practice law in Louisiana.
