Amiel Provosty is a Labor Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization, and Chairperson of the LSBA’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Section. He practiced as an NLRB field attorney for 12 years before entering private practice. At The Kullman Firm, he represents and advises employers across the nation in a wide variety of union and labor matters, as well has in matters involving OSHA, complex and class-based employment litigation under the FLSA and WARN Acts, and other litigation and administrative processes. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and has appeared in federal courts in Delaware, Florida, New York and Texas.
