LSU CLE Sponsorship Program
LSU CLE is grateful for the generous sponsors that help make our conferences possible. Several sponsorship levels are available to highlight your organization. We thank you for your contribution and look forward to working with you.
Premier - $10000
- SAME AS LEVEL III, BUT FOR ALL CONFERENCES IN FISCAL YEAR:
- One-page colored ad in materials
- Logo, website URL, and company profile paragraph on event website
- Logo displayed in slide show loop during breaks, promo emails, and any printed promotions
- Attendee List
- Opportunity to have electronic documents or web links posted to sponsor page on event website
- Mentions during announcements throughout conference
- Exhibitor space including display table (1) and chairs (2) (In-person Event)
- 1 Minute “Stage” time (In-person Event)
- Opportunity to submit up to 90 second video spot to be played during breaks
- Up to two registrations to conference
Level III - $2500
- One-page colored ad in materials
- Logo, website URL, and company profile paragraph on event website
- Logo displayed in slide show loop during breaks, promo emails, and any printed promotions
- Attendee List
- Opportunity to have electronic documents or web links posted to sponsor page on event website
- Mentions during announcements throughout conference
- Exhibitor space including display table (1) and chairs (2) (In-person Event)
- 1 Minute “Stage” time (In-person Event)
- Opportunity to submit up to 90 second video spot to be played during breaks
- Up to two registrations to conference
- Arrange and pay for a speakers' dinner
- Typically speakers, planning committee members, and their plus-one are invited to attend
- LSU CLE can provide a list of restaurant options, but the venue is up to you (we frequent Jubans and Ruffinos most often)
- This sponsorship is considered an equivalent to Level III sponsorship and entitles your organization to all the benefits of that tier
- Arrange and pay for an attendee reception held in conjunction with the CLE event
- With enough notice, LSU can ensure space is available at the venue, or you may choose your own venue
- LSU CLE will provide attendee headcounts at the sponsors' request
- This sponsorship is considered an equivalent to Level III sponsorship and entitles your organization to all the benefits of that tier
Level II - $1000
- One-page colored ad in materials
- Logo, website URL, and company profile paragraph on event website
- Logo displayed in slide show loop during breaks, promo emails, and any printed promotions
- Attendee List
- One registration to conference
- Opportunity to have electronic documents or web links posted to sponsor page on event website
- Mentions during announcements throughout conference
Level I - $500
- One-page colored ad in materials
- Logo, website URL, and company profile paragraph on event website
- Logo displayed in slide show loop during breaks, promo emails, and any printed promotions
