Gregory S. Marsiglia is a Member in the New Orleans firm, Lowe Stein, LLC. His consults with the firm’s family lawyers on issues relating to business and property issues. His practice includes general commercial litigation, real estate transactions, construction, administration and litigation of successions, trusts, and estates, and corporate transactions. He serves by appointment of the Louisiana Supreme Court as an Assistant Bar Examiner on the subjects of Business Entities and Negotiable Instruments, and (during some years) Code I, which tests the subjects of persons, property, family law, and personal servitudes. Annually he contributes to West Publishing’s Louisiana Practice Series, writing the chapters of the La. Civil Practice Forms, 3d concerning “Execution of Judgments” and “Garnishment.” He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University. He serves by appointment of the Governor as a Commissioner for the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority - East, where he is Board Secretary.
