Kathlyn Perez is the founder of Perez Law LLC in New Orleans. Licensed in Louisiana and Texas, Kathlyn advises employers on compliance and employee relations issues, provides workplace training, and conducts impartial workplace investigations. Kathlyn holds the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH) credential and regularly serves as an outside investigator in sensitive and high-stakes matters. Before founding her firm, she was a shareholder at Baker Donelson, where she defended businesses in all types of employment and commercial litigation.
