Chris Meyer is a member of Womble Bond Dickinson's Bankruptcy Team of the Finance, Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. Chris focuses his practice on complex commercial and financial services litigation. He counsels banks, financial institutions, lenders, and other corporate clients in disputes arising under federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Chris advises clients on complex matters, including title defect resolution, adverse possession claims, and related property and insurance disputes. Chris earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his M.S. and B.B.A. from Mississippi State University. Chris is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
