Jenny Abshier has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, life-changing consumer advocacy. After earning her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law, Jenny began her bankruptcy practice in 2011. Her firm has since grown to four offices across Greater New Orleans. A two-time honoree of CityBusiness Leadership in Law (2021, 2026) and selected in 2024 for "In the Lead: Best Women-Owned Businesses," Jenny is a multi-year Super Lawyer (2023–2026), Rising Star (2017–2022), and 2020 New Orleans Magazine Top Lawyer. A steadfast advocate for equal access to justice, Jenny and her firm have received the Pro Bono Publico Award (LSBA), alongside the Distinguished Service and "Friend of Pro Bono" awards from the Pro Bono Project of New Orleans. Beyond her client work, Jenny is dedicated to supporting her fellow attorneys, viewing professional courtesy and collaboration as vital to protecting clients and strengthening the legal community.
