Edward H. "Hank" Arnold III is a shareholder in the New Orleans office of Baker Donelson, where he practices in the firm's Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy group. He has more than 25 years of experience in bankruptcy and transactional matters across the Gulf Coast, representing lenders, committees, shipyards, vessel operators, and exploration and production companies. He is a past president of the Louisiana Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and serves on its board of directors.
