Tristan E. Manthey is a partner in the New Orleans office of Fishman Haygood, L.L.P., where his practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring and on fraudulent transfer and specialized bankruptcy litigation. He has served as Chapter 11 debtor's counsel to companies including Saratoga Resources, Legends Gaming Company, and Communications Corporation of America, and as counsel to official committees in cases including Energy XXI, PetroQuest Energy, and Seahawk Drilling. He has been ranked Band 1 in Bankruptcy/Restructuring by Chambers USA since 2011 and was named the 2021 Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year for Litigation - Bankruptcy in New Orleans.
