Joe Wilson is a business and trusts and estates lawyer focusing on real estate, finance, general business, and estate planning and probate matters. His practice involves counseling business owners, real estate developers, lenders, and manufacturing and industrial facilities operators on a multitude of legal and operational issues, including property acquisitions, sales and development, title insurance, corporate structuring and governance, and regulatory compliance. Joe further advises corporate fiduciaries, private individuals, family offices, and high-net-worth clients on a wide range of wealth and asset management, estate planning, and estate probate and administration needs, including the drafting and administration of wills and trusts, development and implementation of gifting strategies and tax minimization plans, as well as charitable and for-profit asset acquisitions and divestitures. Joe earned his undergraduate degree in Business Leadership from the University of Dallas, in Irving, Texas.
