Walk-in registrations will receive instructions to download the PDF materials and will not have an option to purchase hard-copy materials at the conference. Please be prepared with a mobile device and data plan in case there is no Wi-Fi at the venue.

Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing no later than Thursday, November 4, 2021 to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
