Josh McDiarmid is a member of and practices within the Commercial Litigation Group of Butler Snow here in Baton Rouge. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas. Josh concentrates his practice in the areas of general and commercial civil litigation. He also advises clients in the oil and gas industry in all phases of exploration and production, including land and title issues, and operational and regulatory issues. He’s been named as Best Lawyers in America’s “Ones to Watch” for commercial litigation, health care law, construction, and oil & gas law. He earned his undergraduate degree in poli sci from Rhodes College and his JD from LSU where has a top four finalist for the Ruby Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition.
