LSU's Mineral Law Institute is the second oldest energy law program in the country and the oldest program to retain "Mineral Law" in its title. It is focused on oil & gas as well as mineral rights.

Registration Fees:

Full Conference (12.5 hrs):

$445 ($495 after March 14)

Day 1 (Thursday) Only (6.75):

$305 ($355 after March 14)

Day 2 (Friday) Only (5.75): 

$260 ($310 after March 14)

Any 4.0 hour combination

$200 ($250 after March 14)

Credits:

12.5 CLE credits in LA, TX, and MS
10.5 RL, RPL, or CPL credits and 2.0 Ethics Credits for AAPL landmen
 
**This course has been approved by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for certification and recertification continuing legal education requirements for attorneys and paralegals in the following specialty fields: Oil, Gas and Mineral Law (12.5 hrs.)

NOTE: Louisiana limits "self-study" CLE to 4.0 hours each year, so only 4.0 hours may be reported for CLE. Please keep this in mind when choosing between the full conference or the 4.0 hour option.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing no later than Thursday, March 14, 2024 to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to lsucle@lsu.edu.
