Conference Materials

PDF materials will be emailed to you and available for download approximately one week before the conference.  We suggest that you either print or save the PDF materials to your mobile device, and fully charge your batteries before the conference. NOTE: By popular demand, hard copy materials WILL be made available this year, but pricing has increased to account for rising and uncertain printing costs. If you'd prefer to print the PDF at your own expense for your personal use at the conference, please feel free to do so. (Sharing the materials with non-participating individuals constitutes theft.) Hard-copy not available for those registering after the early registration deadline (this includes onsite walk-in registrations)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing no later than Thursday, November 7, 2024 to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to lsucle@lsu.edu.
