Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2026 to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to lsucle@lsu.edu. There is no transfer process, nor can LSU CLE hold registration fees for future programs. If you'd like to change your registration to a different conference, a cancellation request must be made by the cancellation deadline and a new registration for the desired conference submitted.
Special accommodations for accessibility or dietary restrictions/allergies
Indicate your accommodations request during registration or email lsucle@lsu.edu with your requests or questions. Dietary accommodations requests are accepted for medical conditions only, not dietary preferences, and must be received by Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Accessibility requests have no deadline — please contact us as early as possible, since some services require several weeks' notice.
Recording
Video and audio recording are prohibited. Selected portions of this conference may be rebroadcast or available on-demand after the conference.
Conference Materials
Each program you register for includes its course materials as a searchable PDF book, posted to a password-protected page on the event website. Registrants attending both the Fundamentals Series and the Annual Conference receive a separate book for each.
The book is posted once most handouts are in, generally the Friday before the program, and is replaced with an updated version as the remaining handouts arrive — including after the conference. Books remain available through December 31, 2026.
Printed books are ordered in advance, roughly two weeks before the program. If the materials selection field still appears on the registration form, your selection will be honored. Once the print order is placed the option closes, and a limited number of books may be available for purchase at check-in.
