You will be given a Louisiana reporting form when you check in for the conference. It should be submitted to our staff by the conclusion of the conference. You cannot self-report Louisiana credit. The sponsor, LSU CLE, must report on your behalf.
Should you need to print a new form, click the button below and select "Louisiana CLE (Virtual)" from the list to download your Louisiana CLE reporting form. LSU CLE will report and submit your hours to the MCLE Committee. If necessary, print, complete, and sign the form, then scan it back to lsucle@lsu.edu. DO NOT MAIL..
LSU CLE strives to have credit reported by end of business on the Monday following the conference. Please ensure we have your form by Monday morning.
