Brittany R. Wolf-Freedman joined Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier & Warshauer, L.L.C. in 2018. Her civil litigation practice focuses on personal injury claims, including maritime personal injury, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and vaccine injury. Before joining Gainsburgh Benjamin, Brittany served as a law clerk to the Honorable John W. deGravelles in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and as a law clerk in the Central Staff Office of the Louisiana Supreme Court. Born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Florida, Brittany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane Law School.
