PHILIP R. RIEGEL, JR. received the decree of Juris Doctor from the Louisiana State University Law School in 1969 where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. Mr. Riegel is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and has been in private practice since 1969. He is a member of the Marriage/Persons Committee of the Louisiana State Law Institute and a member of the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since its first publication, and is a past-Chairman of the Family Law Section of the LSBA (1983-84). Brandon P. Romano, Psy.D., M.S.C.P. is a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in forensic psychology. He has worked in the field of psychology since 1989 in a variety of public and private settings serving in roles ranging from direct care to administration. He obtained his Bachelors in Social Counseling, his Masters in Pre-Clinical Psychology and Psychometrics, and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He completed his doctoral internship at the Mississippi State Hospital and his postdoctoral residency with the LSUHSC Juvenile Corrections Program. Dr. Romano also completed his postdoctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology through Alliant International University. His private practice is focused on the evaluation and treatment of a broad range of private and legal referrals. His expansive career has included serving on local and state committees. He has provided supervision and training on domestic violence, sexual perpetration, and substance use evaluation and treatment to numerous clinicians practicing in the State of Louisiana. He is a consultant for several District Attorney Offices in Louisiana for program development and training. He has been qualified as an expert witness on numerous occasions in federal and state courts. He has received numerous professional accolades including being the sole recipient of the Louisiana Psychological Association’s Early Career Award near the beginning of his professional career. He previously served as the Secretary and Public Policy Officer for the Louisiana Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers as well as the Chair of Membership for the Louisiana Psychological Association. He has been featured in local and national periodicals as well as on television and radio talk shows discussing topics such as sex offending, parenting, and violence. Dr. Romano was a recently featured guest on Crime Stories with Nancy Grace. He also has two separate Netflix documentaries scheduled for release in 2022 involving a high profile murder case and an innovative program for violent crime reduction. Dr. Romano is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Professor J. Randall Trahan is the Louis B. Porterie Professor of Law and the Saul Litvinoff Distinguished Professor of Law at LSU Law Center. Professor Trahan is a civil law specialist and presently teaches Sales & Real Estate, Security Devices, Civil Law Property, and Successions & Donations. He has also taught Family Law, Obligations, Matrimonial Regimes, Legal Traditions & Systems, and Western Legal Traditions, and is co-author, along with Professor Ken Murchison, of Western Legal Traditions & Systems: Louisiana Impact. He has written a new book entitled: Louisiana Law of Property: A Précis, published by LexisNexis. Professor Trahan received his B.A. in Political Science from LSU in 1982, and his law degree in 1989, with high honors, from LSU Law Center where he was Articles Editor of Louisiana Law Review and was inducted into The Order of the Coif. Before joining the Law Center faculty in 1995, Professor Trahan served as law clerk to the late Judge Alvin B. Rubin in the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals for one year and then practiced law with the firm of Phelps Dunbar in Baton Rouge for five years. He serves as Reporter for three committees of the Louisiana State Law Institute: the Adult Guardianship Committee, the Birth Certificate Committee, and the newly established Legion Beyond Moiety Committee.

Frank P. Tranchina, Jr., is a partner in the law firm of Tranchina & Mansfield, L.L.C. He received his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1979. He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization and is also licensed in the State of California. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a past chairman of the Family Law sections of the Louisiana State and Jefferson Bar Associations as well as co-chair of the board certification committee for family law practitioners when first introduced to Louisiana. In addition, Mr. Tranchina has been a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences throughout Louisiana. Since 1995, he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been identified in Who's Who in American Law since 2000. In 2007, he was inducted into the Academy of Court Appointed Masters. Mr. Tranchina was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to the Family Court Rules Committee selected to recommend uniform rules for Family and Domestic Relations Court across the State of Louisiana. He frequently acts as Special Master on complex community property cases and has been appointed by family court judges as an expert witness. In 2014, he was qualified in the Los Angeles Superior Court as an expert on Louisiana law and testified regarding the validity of a transsexual marriage that took place in Louisiana. In 2016, he was also qualified in the Circuit Court of Prince William County, State of Virginia, as an expert in Louisiana Community Property.
Mr. Tranchina served as a member of the Marriage - Persons Committee for the Louisiana State Law Institute. Most recently, he has been inducted into the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He has also been named “2019 Lawyer of the Year in Family Law” by Best Lawyers in America. And just recently announced, Mr. Tranchina has added the accolade of receiving the "2024 Lawyer of the Year in Family Law" by Best Lawyers in America.

Dr. Angela White-Bazile is a graduate of University of Southwest Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana now known as University Louisiana at Lafayette. She received her juris doctorate from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge in 1996. She also received her Doctorate of Psychology & Counseling.
Dr. Bazile has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. She has held positions such as Judicial Law Clerk/Research Attorney for Civil District Court, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, & the Louisiana Supreme Court; Associate Attorney; and a Professor of the law. She was an In-house counsel for Prudential Life Insurance in Jacksonville, Florida.
She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., New Orleans Alumnae Chapter. She is a member of various legal organizations, including but not limited to Louisiana State Bar Association, National Bar Association, American Bar Association, Louis Martinet Society, A.P. Tureaud Inns of Court, St. Tammany Parish Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, etc.
Prior to being named the Executive Director of the Louisiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program, Dr. Bazile was the Executive Counsel to the Louisiana Supreme Court under the 25th Chief Justice, Chief Justice Bernette Joshua Johnson. She was the Secretary of the Louisiana Human Trafficking Prevention Commission and the Louisiana Judicial Liaison for human trafficking. She is a recipient of various awards: the 2020 National Bar Association’s Hidden Figure Award; the 2018 Southern University Law School’s Distinguished Alumna Award; and the 2017 Louisiana State Bar Association’s President’s Award. She has been a presenter for various Continuing Legal Education seminars and is a well-sought after motivational speaker.
