Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing no later than Thursday, September 4, 2025 to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests may be emailed to lsucle@lsu.edu. There is no transfer process, nor can LSU CLE hold registration fees for future programs. If you'd like to change your registration to a different conference, a cancellation request must be made by the cancellation deadline and a new registration for the desired conference submitted.

Special accommodations for accessibility or dietary restrictions/allergies 
Indicate your accommodations request during registration or email lsucle@lsu.edu with your requests or questions. Dietary accommodations requests are accepted for medical conditions only, not dietary preferences. Requests must be received by Thursday, August 28, 2025.

Recording 
Video and audio recording are prohibited. Selected portions of this conference may be rebroadcast or available on-demand after the conference.

Conference Materials

We expect PDF materials to be available for download approximately one week before the conference. When available for download, materials can be found on the Materials tab of the event website found here. Hard copy materials are available only to those who registerer by the early registration deadline due to printing lead times. We do not print extra copies, only enough for those who selected hard copy prior to the early registration deadline.
